Certification Pathways

Important information

• Technical Support: We cannot resolve issues with your personal devices or internet access.

• Learning Pace: Course duration varies by individual skills (e.g., language, maths, biology, law, environmental knowledge). As a guide, one lesson per day in a 38-lesson course would take 38 days.

• AI Use: Use of Artificial Intelligence for test answers (e.g., SOL Math) is strictly prohibited. Any students submitting identical scripts will fail.

• SOL Math: This is an essential workplace skill, used daily. A 100% pass mark is required.

• Devices: Android phones and iPhones are not supported; images will be too small to view. Use a computer or tablet with a larger screen.

• Names on Certificates: The name entered at registration will appear on your certificate. Nicknames or incorrect names make it invalid. Corrections after the course starts will incur an admin fee.

• Session Rules:

  • Log out at the end of each day and log in again the next. Login times are tracked as part of your competency record.

  • Navigate lessons using only the course buttons (not your browser’s back/forward).

• Quizzes:

  • Click the green “Complete Quiz” button once only. Multiple clicks may lock you out.

  • If you fail, you must click the red “Reset Quiz” button before retaking.

• Identity & Integrity:

  • The course must be completed by the registered student. Random checks will verify identity.

  • Certificates are void if completed by another person.

  • Groups found copying answers will be removed without refund.

Certification Pathways

• Theory-Only Certificate – awarded on successful completion of the online training program. This confirms competence in the theoretical components of MMO training.

• Full Certificate – awarded to participants who also complete the practical unit or attend a facilitated course. This certificate confirms full MMO training, covering both theoretical and practical requirements, and includes the issue of a personal Identification Card for professional recognition and site security.
