You can now do your training online! Save on time, flights, accommodation and do the training in your own time at your own pace.

There is a facilitator online to assist with any questions you have regarding the course and any of the tests. Please note our facilitators are available Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 if you require assistance out of these times you will need to purchase extra help at the checkout. Note that assistance during the holiday periods will be limited.

All tests are open book and automatically graded, you can take the tests several times but we do have an upper limit.

There are a number of courses on offer for the Marine Industry so please select your course carefully register and pay. Once you have paid for the course and started we cannot refund any money.

Please Note that all courses have a practical element which you can add on to your main course for example: MMO course with an add on of JNCC for UKCS and a practical unit is required for completion of a JNCC certificate.

Important information

Please note, we can not solve any issues that you have with your own personal computers/Laptops/tablets/internet.

We cannot predict the time it will take people to complete the course. Every person travels along the courses at their own speed, each person has different learning capabilities, each person could have different language skills, math skills, identification skills, as you can see the list could go on for each unit. Each person’s skill set will vary from already having knowledge of physics, biology, law, and the environment and this will determine which units you will move through quicker than others.

We do not permit any use of AI, Artificial Intelligence to complete the test sections that multiple line answers are expected, for example the SOL math. We will also fail any student from the same company/team that uses the exact same script for the tests.

The start of line (SOL) Math section is a major requirement of the job and you will use this several times a day depending on the work you are undertaking after passing the course so understanding is essential and 100% pass is required.

If you take the simplest prediction of one lesson a day and for example the course has 38 lessons (including tests) then it would take 38 days.

• Android phones and iPhones will not work with this course as the training material images will be too small to view.
• The name you have entered for the online course MUST be your name! If you have entered a nickname this will be on your certificate and it will not be legally valid. If an authority from your company has signed you up for the course and has registered in their name we CANNOT change the certificate name. You must get the person who registers to ensure it is in the certificate holders name. Any name changes after the student has started the course will incur an administration fee.
• At the end of each session/day you MUST log out, and log back in at the start of each day, your login times are recorded on the system and the times are added to your overall competence.
• You Must click only ONCE on the green complete quiz button, if you click more than once numerous quizzes will be sent to the system and only one is marked, therefore the system will lock you out until all quizzes have been reviewed.
• If you fail the Quiz you can retake again, but you MUST click on the Red Reset Quiz button before you can take the Quiz again.
• Your online course MUST be taken by you, we will randomly call the student to ensure the identity, if it is found that someone else is taking the course your certificate will be voided. If a group from a company take the course together and we find they are all copying each other they will be removed from the site with NO refund.

• At the end of each session/day you MUST log out, and log back in at the start of each day, your login times are recorded on the system and the times are added to your overall competence.

• When navigating through the lessons use only the web page navigation buttons if you use the forward and back in your browser the system will lock you out.
• If you fail the Quiz you can retake again, but you MUST click on the Red Reset Quiz button before you can take the Quiz again.
